HappyIce, as the South-East-Asia largest frozen vending machine manufacturer and operator, has designed and developed a sustainable frozen vending machine business model that connecting Product Principle, Investor, Operator and Consumer.
After purchasing the machines, investor can either operate the machine on his own, or join the i-Boss programme (means: Ice Cream Boss), where he can leverage on HappyIce’s market expertise and economic scale in operation.
Each participant in i-Boss, will lease out their machine(s) to form a fleet of machines for a market, HappyIce will take charge as the machine operator to ensure highest sales and return to i-Boss. In return, i-Boss participants will be paid monthly rental for 36 months and earn profit sharing on average sales generated from all the machines in i-Boss programme.
During the 36 months i-Boss programme, Investor has full ownership of the machine, he can quit i-Boss programme anytime if he wants to operate the machine on his own by giving 3 months’ notice.
After completing 36 months i-Boss programme, Investor can take back the machine for own usage, or sign-up 24 months Lease Contract with HappyIce. Investor will receive monthly rental, and HappyIce has the first right to purchase the machine at the end of 24 months, at a price that is equivalent to 20% of machine cost.
