This is Happy Ice's flagship machine: ConnectVend, is designed and used to connecting brand with customers

ConnectVend is special designed to work with the most stringent products: ice cream, to be operated at -24ºC. It can withstand outdoor tropical climate up to 43ºC. In the event of power disruption to the machine, the ice cream can be kept inside the machine for up to 12 hours, which gives operation team ample time to respond to the incident. The machine dispensing racking can also be customized to fit various frozen products sizes to the machine. We can dispense frozen product as small as a Popsicle stick to as big as a bento box.

The machine is designed to accept various payment methods. Operators add in MDB-compatible devices to facilitate cash, credit card, and QR payments.

ConnectVend's temperature graph effectively demonstrates its ability to maintain optimal frozen storage conditions for ice cream, even in direct sunlight challenging outdoor environments and during periods of high sales volume.

Auto Defrost Cycle

Our purpose-built defrost system ensures superior frozen machine performance by completing the defrost cycle within 15 minutes while maintaining temperatures consistently below 0°C, featuring automatic defrost every 15 hours.

This rapid and efficient defrosting process minimizes temperature fluctuations, significantly reducing the risk of thermal shock to the ice cream, which can negatively impact its texture and quality—especially crucial for premium ice cream and gelato.

Here's the highlight of defrost cycle:

1) Machine Set Point (-25°C): the compressor stops running once this temperature is reached.
2) Defrost: Evaporator is heated rapidly to melt any frost buildup, completing the process within 15 minutes.
3) Temperature Maintenance: During the heating of the evaporator and until defrosting is finished, the machine's temperature gradually rises to -5°C. Machine temperature remains below 0°C throughout the defrost cycle
4) Post-Defrost Cooling: The compressor restarts, and utilizing our patented hybrid-cooling technology, the machine efficiently cools down to -18°C in just 10 minutes.

Thermal Holding Power

*Actual ice cream temperature would be 2ºc to 5ºc lower than machine temperature.

In the event of power loss—whether due to a power trip caused by lightning, overloads, or unintentional shut-offs—this advanced system maintains a stable, low temperature.
